Bahria Town, Pakistan’s largest property developer, has unveiled plans to create a sprawling mixed-use community in Dubai South, one of Dubai’s fastest-growing investment hubs. The development, spearheaded by BT Holding, will span over 20 million square feet, with off-plan sales set to begin in January 2025.
Bahria Town, renowned for its flagship township in Karachi, which aims to accommodate 5 million residents, and similar projects in Lahore and Islamabad, brings its expertise in master-planned communities to this Dubai venture.
“Building on our extensive experience in creating self-sustaining, master-planned developments, we are excited to replicate our success in Dubai,” said Malik Riaz Hussain, Founder and Chairman of Bahria Town. “We look forward to collaborating with Dubai South to bring this ambitious vision to life.”
This announcement adds to the recent surge in projects within Dubai South and Expo City, with leading developers like Aldar and Azizi also contributing to the area’s rapid growth.
